MLTAP invites all Medical Technologists/Allied Health Professionals and Students of Allied Health Sciences to become the member of this prestigious association. Association not only provides the one unanimous platform to all Allied Health Professionals but it also unites members of each clinical laboratory discipline to share information, discuss trends, solve problems, future aspects, higher education and discuss new technology and advancements in the field of diagnostics and research in Pakistan.

Brief History

A body of Medical Laboratory Technologists/Allied Health Professionals came into existence in the city of saints Multan, Punjab Province of Islamic Republic of Pakistan in the year 2009 and developed as a National Body with the name of “Medical Laboratory Technologists Association of Pakistan (MLTAP)”. The Association has assumed National characters and constituted State Chapter in all Provinces and regions of the country. MLTAP is the only "Apex Body" of Medical Laboratory Technologists/Allied Health Professionals in Pakistan which is working its best to promote Medical Laboratory Technology and the profession in the best interest of the Technologists of Pakistan.

The Technologists of all over the country came forward, joined hands to hands and established Medical Laboratory Technologists Association of Pakistan (MLTAP) in the year 2009. As the founder members to realize that this association will be the part of all provinces and regions of Pakistan .Later the constitution of the association was introduced to see the development of the cadre.
